The first phase of the program is 120 days. It consists of two parts. The first part is a 30-day growth audit, giving you an implementation plan to grow your business. The second part is a 90-day implementation cycle. During this time, you will be implementing the first 90-day implementation and preparing for the following 90-days.

Weekly coaching calls consists of two components and are:

1. Bite-size training on a trick or technique that help grow your company.
2. Q & A session where we discuss the presentation or other areas relating to business growth.
