    In the context of modern business blue, we refer to a “typical” or “an ideal” customer representing a market segment as an avatar. In particular, we use an avatar to define each of our customer segments and identify that specific segment’s goals, desires, wants and needs. Further identify their pains, frustrations, and fears to address those as part of the products and services the company offers.
